We learn by doing. Too much training emphasises “chalk and talk” input at the expense of consistent, relevant practice of skills, with the result that training often fails to deliver enhanced self-awareness and improved skills as much as it might. We keep theoretical input in our courses to its useful minimum, and provide appropriate skills practice and clear, specific feedback that delivers results.
