What is the LAB Profile®?

It is a set of questions that anyone can feed into casual conversation or use as a formal survey for groups and it teaches us to pay attention to how people talk when they answer, rather than what they talk about. Even if a person answers the question indirectly, or not at all, he or she will reveal a pattern. As we become familiar with the questions and the kind of responses people give, we discover the patterns people use without having to actually ask the questions.

Criteria for certification as a LAB Profile® Practitioner

  1. Candidate can correctly ask the LAB Profile® questions using a LAB Profile® Worksheet. (2 examples required).
  2. Candidate can correctly identify the patterns from LAB Profile® interviews, from a minimum of 6 live or videoed interviews. Candidates need  to identify the main pattern in the following critical Categories:

Criteria, Direction, Source, Reason, Decision Factors, Attention Direction, Style, Organization, Rule Structure, Convincer Channel and Mode.

The LAB Profile® Online element of the Practitioner program includes:
